Commitment to workplace well-being: Results of our satisfaction survey

At I2S Proyectos S.A.S., we believe that a good work environment is directly reflected in the quality of projects. We recently conducted an employee satisfaction survey at our operation in the Bavaria plant, and the results speak for themselves:

  • 100% of collaborators stated they feel comfortable working with us.
  • 95% believe the company cares about their safety.
  • 91% would recommend working at I2S to a friend or family member.

These results reflect our commitment to human talent, promoting spaces of respect, recognition, and professional development. We know that when our teams are well, our projects are too.
